About
A little about me

I'm Ugochi — but everyone calls me Ugo. I'm a Nigerian-British operations leader, entrepreneur, and children's author now based in the United States. My career began with over eight years at Barclays Bank in Governance, Risk, and Compliance — working with the Financial Ombudsman Service and sharpening my instincts for detail, quality, and getting things right for people.

From there, I stepped into the world of entrepreneurship — first helping grow a West African business to over ten staff, and now as COO of two US-based companies driving impact across Africa and the SMB space. Alongside all of this, I'm building Kingdom Seed Publishing, creating children's books that help young readers discover their identity in Christ.

I'm a wife and mother of three. Faith, family, excellence, and kindness are at the centre of everything I do.
